Chef Brendan Joy and the team at Prairie Fire, named Best Pizza in Boston 2018 by the Improper Bostonian, are now accepting resumes for a part time prep cook. This is a Saturday and Sunday AM position that offers 12 to 16 hours weekly.
Prairie Fire offers simple yet thoughtful food that is meaningful to their region, selected by season. A large wood-burning oven provides the foundation for their menu. The focus is beautiful wood-oven pizza, charred vegetables and local shellfish, made from the best New England ingredients. The cuisine is rooted in classical technique, and they will be preserving, fermenting, brining, and cooking with fire everyday.
