Chef Brendan Joy and the team at Prairie Fire, named Best Pizza in Boston 2018 by the Improper Bostonian, are now accepting resumes for line cooks and sous chefs.
Prairie Fire offers simple yet thoughtful food that is meaningful to their region, selected by season. A large wood-burning oven provides the foundation for their menu. The focus is beautiful wood-oven pizza, charred vegetables and local shellfish, made from the best New England ingredients. The cuisine is rooted in classical technique, and they will be preserving, fermenting, brining and cooking with fire everyday.
