Posto Bedford – Dishwashers & Line/Prep Cooks

Posto Bedford is looking for all BOH positions line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers to join the culinary team within the Alpine Restaurant Group.  Their new restaurant, located in Bedford, features a high-energy work environment with a diverse and ever-changing menu focused on regional Italian cuisine. The food is American at the core and heavily influenced by the regions of Email-Romagna, Bologna, Campania, just to name a few. They source local products and use a variety of cooking techniques.

Duties include:

  • Daily food preparation
  • Cooking on the hotline, gm stations, and wood fired pizza ovens
  • Cooking food with a variety of cooking techniques also refining your cooking abilities
  • Being responsible for your station’s food preparation, cleanliness, and prep lists.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated, attentive to detail, and great at multitasking.  Candidates need at least 1-year cooking experience. They must lead by example and show a willingness to learn and grow.  Applicants must be committed and willing to put in the effort to create great food each day.  Candidates will be asked to do a day-long stage.
