Located on Elm Street in Somerville’s Davis Square, Posto is currently hiring for all FOH positions to fill their team for the busy summer ahead. They are currently open seven days a week for dinner only with indoor & outdoor seating, as well as takeout.
Their food menu features antipasti, insalate, handmade pasta, grilled meats, fish and poultry, dolce and of course their Neapolitan wood fired pizza. Their thoughtfully curated wine program offers a variety of wines, with a focus on Italian classics, and some domestic and international wines sprinkled in. Their beer program focuses on local New England craft breweries, and mainstay classics like Peroni and Harpoon. Their cocktail program changes seasonally, with both
an appreciation for classic cocktails and a creative way to make them their own.
While previous restaurant experience is strongly preferred, it is not required for all positions. They are willing to train the right candidate. Ideal applicants will be experienced, take pride in their work and be committed to hospitality.
General knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits is appreciated for servers and bartenders, as well as a willingness to learn and expand your base.
