This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to hone their skills in a restaurant with a reputation for true Farm to Table emphasis. They have several menus with a variety of techniques and styles displayed – from their downstairs Tavern to their upstairs dining room and Private Events, they have an exciting repertoire.

They use the best meats, freshest seafood, artisan cheeses and local product available. The kitchen team produces fresh pasta daily, house made charcuterie, butchers whole fish and often whole animals. All items are prepared from scratch on a daily basis. Passionate attention to detail and drive to exceed guests expectations are their driving priority.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, fun, professional, and hardworking individual who truly loves food and pushes to be great.
