Pier 6 – Executive Sous Chef/FOH Management

Pier 6, located on Boston’s waterfront, is a popular seafood restaurant with panoramic views of the harbor and city skyline. The full service restaurant is three levels with an outdoor patio, two bars and roof deck seating. Navy Yard Hospitality Group Culinary Director Marc Orfaly brings 20 years of experience and knowledge to their kitchens and oversees the food programs at all of their locations; Pier 6, Mija Cantina, ReelHouse East Boston, and the new ReelHouse in Marina Bay coming this summer. They are looking for individuals that can lead their staff, manage high volume environments, and display first class hospitality to their guests.
