Petit Robert Bistro, a busy, well-known French Restaurant, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef/kitchen manager and AM/PM line cooks. The candidates will need 3+ years running high-volume, mid-to-large-sized kitchens. Applicants should be skilled, professional, motivated individuals with experience in a high-volume kitchen with an emphasis on quality, service & teamwork. Candidates will work closely with the owner. You will be an integral part of motivating and leading your team to ensure an outstanding and consistent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, running a high energy, organized, structured, fun kitchen, and an eagerness to be a team player. Knowledge of French cuisine is also a must. Position REQUIRES experience in kitchen sanitation, kitchen staffing, ordering, inventory, and food cost controls are a must.
