Peregrine Restaurant – General Manager

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 based on experience
45 hours per week, includes weekends and holidays

Initial training will include:

  • All front of house service staff roles
  • Financial management
  • Project management
  • Intensive leadership training
  • Interpersonal communications
  • Basic marketing and public relations communications
  • Staff stewardship and career development strategies

The Success Patterns for this position are:

  • Experience in leadership positions with an emphasis on positive environments, staff coaching and mentoring, and iteration toward better systems and results
  • Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and co-workers
  • Can navigate multiple short and long term tasks at once
