Pammy’s, recently awarded “Restaurant of the Year,” by the Boston Globe, is looking for a pastry chef. They are a New American restaurant that relies heavily on Italian flavors for their rustic but, deceptively complex food. The right candidate should have at least four years experience working in a pastry department. You will be expected to manage yourself in an efficient manner by possessing abundant self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to organize and multi-task. More importantly, they expect you to be open minded, patient, calm in the face of challenge, and open to criticism/idea sharing. At Pammy’s we believe in above average compensation for a five day work week (we’re closed on Sundays). The days can be challenging but are always fun.
