Pagu is searching for AM/PM line cooks for their ramen and bao stations. This person will be responsible for managing the station’s prep cook, preparation and execution of dishes, organizing the stations, working closely with the chef in problem solving, developing new recipes, training new kitchen members, and helping expand kitchen strategies.
They are a team of 25+ people, working in a clean, organized and beautiful environment. They have a HESTAN suite, french style open kitchen, and prep kitchen equipped with:
- Blast chiller
- Paco jet
- French tops
- Bread proofer
- Combi ovens
- Sous vide
