Orfano – Sous Chef

Orfano, now open in the vibrant Fenway neighborhood, is the 4th endeavor from 2018 & 2019 James Beard Finalist-Best Chef Northeast Chef Tiffani Faison.

They are currently seeking hard working and motivated Sous Chefs. They are seeking people who are looking to grow with an ever-expanding Restaurant Group (Big Heart Hospitality). Strong leadership and a passion for what you do is a must. If you have previous Sous Chef experience or are looking to take the next step, they would like to speak to you.

They offer a very competitive hourly rate, medical, dental and vision package, and positive company culture. They also recently implemented a 3% Kitchen Appreciation Fee to increase the Back of House wages. A positive attitude and an ability to handle high pressure situations is a must.
