Oleana – Service Manager

Oleana is an award-winning restaurant led by chef Ana Sortun in Cambridge, MA. They serve thoughtful Eastern-Mediterranean food using locally sourced ingredients and bold spices. They also offer a carefully curated beverage menu with a focus on natural wine in addition to creative low-abv cocktails, local craft beer, and house-made sodas.

Oleana is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee floor management, maintain exceptional guest relations, and ensure quality standards. We are looking for someone who loves hospitality, people, and the opportunity to create awesome experiences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reservation management, stocking deliveries, opening and closing duties, large party reservation planning, and Front of House team management. Management experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant FOH work experience in a similar setting.
