Award winning restaurant Oak +Rowan is seeking an Sous Chef with experience as a sous chef in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. They are looking for someone who has a great deal of energy and drive as well as passion for great food. The Sous Chef will work hand in hand with the Executive Chef to help run daily operations of the kitchen including: labor and food costs, inventory, ordering, training, managing a close-knit team, working the line, expediting and maintaining their high standards.
Sous Chefs need to have at least two years experience as a lead line cook. Organization, attention to detail and multitasking are traits they are seeking. Sous Chefs should be eager to work and grow within their restaurant group.
