Oak + Rowan is seeking a full-time pastry cook. Oak + Rowan is the third addition to the Caswell Restaurant Group, which is located in the Fort Point neighborhood of Boston. The pastry team is led by Executive Pastry Chef Brian Mercury winner of Food & Wine’s Peoples Best New Pastry Chef – East Coast 2013, Improper Bostonian – Boston’s Best Desserts 2013 & 2017, Boston Magazine – Boston’s Best Pastry Chef 2014 & 2018.
They are looking for a candidate who is passionate, driven and dedicated to hospitality. The position will focus on maintaining and executing pastry station along with bread and cheese service. Applicants must work well under pressure, be focused and take direction well. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a restaurant in the growing Fort Point neighborhood, working with dedicated team of professionals.
