They are seeking a person with genuinely gracious hospitality and management skills as well as a sound grasp of beverage selection, costing and service. Qualified candidates will have a professional and positive attitude, the ability to multitask while maintaining composure, and experience managing in a fine dining atmosphere. Ideal candidates have a passion for wine and sake and experience managing these programs. This position works closely with the Chef de Cuisine and o ya Hospitality Coordinator to actively support and train their team as they deliver a world-class dining experience with intuitive, warm hospitality and polished service skills.
