NU Kitchen is an award winning, fine-fast casual restaurant, in Union Square Somerville, MA. Opened in 2016, this upbeat, healthy eatery has become a staple and a favorite in the Somerville community. With two locations, and more on the horizon, it’s a great time to be a part of this growing business. Work closely with the owner, General Manager, and staff from all over the world.

A taste of the day to day responsibilities as Catering Coordinator include:
Overseeing inventory, supply & scheduling for catering orders
Regular schedule will be from 7am-3pm. They are looking for flexibility in the mornings. When large catering orders come in you can expect to start at 5am.
Other duties include: catering prep, putting orders together, printing labels and menus, verifying schedules, inputting everything into calendar, outreach to colleges and businesses, catering schedule, researching competitors, networking, tastings
Participation in NU Kitchen’s Simple IRA retirement plan, including company match after one year
Health Insurance: Company sponsors ½ of the monthly premium.
