Ideal candidates will be passionate about food, wine, and creative hospitality. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills and will work well with colleagues, both front and back of house. Furthermore, ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of service etiquette and mechanics along with an appreciation for the little things that add up to make for a great experience for their guests. Above all, they will be eager to learn more. A minimum of three years of server experience is required. Previous fine dining experience is highly preferred.
