Applicants should demonstrate a passion for ingredients, technique, discipline, cleanliness, and hospitality. Ideal applicants will also show that they work well with others and support positive teamwork within the kitchen. Two or more years of previous fine dining line experience is required, ideally in an italian or french scratch kitchen. A culinary degree, servsafe, and conversational spanish is preferred, but a strong desire to learn and positive attitude are paramount.
