The Dining Room Manager is a dynamic position that is integral to the day to day operation of No.9 Park. The position reports directly to the General Manager and has a focus on leading, inspiring, and educating the service staff. This is a hands-on position that requires direct involvement in the nightly operation of the restaurant. Candidates must have a passion for hospitality as well as food, wine and spirits. The position plays a key role in the delivery of an approachable, yet unparalleled, dining experience to all guests.
The Dining Room Manager will work closely with the General Manager to lead the service team and ensure that service standards are consistently maintained. He or she will exemplify No. 9 Park’s values of intention, conviction, growth and education. Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining.
