New South Boston Restaurant – Executive Chef & FOH/BOH Management Positions

A new South Boston restaurant is looking to fill several key management positions including Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, General Manager, Beverage Manager, Sous Chef.

New restaurant focused on wood fire cooking is seeking an innovative, energetic and driven Chef De Cuisine. Applicants should have 2-4 years of experience as a sous chef in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere and a passion for wood-fire cooking. The Chef De Cuisine will work hand in hand with the Executive Chef to run all day-to-day operations of the kitchen: ordering, training, managing a close-knit team, working the line, expediting, and maintaining their high standards.

General Manager applicants must have the ability to improve efficiency and manage the overall operations of the restaurant.  Managing staff, setting and overseeing budgets, and employing marketing strategies.

We are a seeking a Beverage Manager who is solely focused on all aspects of the beverage program.  From drink curation, bartender training, guest management & interactions.

The chef driven restaurant will feature a large custom wood fire cooking suite as the focal point of the dining room.  Guests will be invited to dine among the chefs, watching as the chefs prepare their food. Chefs will employ various cooking techniques to create new dishes.
