New Restaurant – AM Sous Chef

New restaurant in Charlestown, from the team behind Monument Restaurant & Tavern, is seeking an AM Sous Chef with baking and pastry experience. The new concept will be open for brunch, lunch, and dinner seven days per week.

This is a great opportunity for pastry assistants ready to take over their own dessert program and work with a successful and fun restaurant group. The AM Sous Chef will also be responsible for managing the AM prep team and helping to get the kitchen ready for service in the morning. No late nights. This is a daytime position only. Candidates should be team players, work clean, and be responsible.
