Navy Yard Hospitality Group, (ReelHouse East Boston, ReelHouse Marina Bay, ReelHouse Oyster Bar Seaport, Pier 6 Boston, and The Tall Ship Boston) is a leading Boston-based restaurant group with landmark locations along the city’s vibrant waterfront. They are actively looking for Restaurant Managers at the following locations –

ReelHouse Marina Bay
ReelHouse Oyster Bar Seaport
ReelHouse East Boston
Pier 6 Boston Waterfront

The Front of House Manager is passionate about food, service, and hospitality. The manager is a problem solver with a strong work ethic and leadership skills. You will have an active role in working with the management team to ensure the restaurant is operating at a high level during dining service. Your role will also include recruiting, training, and assisting in hiring FOH staff. You will implement training guidelines to ensure staff is knowledgeable about our food and beverage programs. As a manager, you will ensure the restaurant is in compliance with all licensing, health, and safety guidelines. This is a general scope of your job duties and there may be additional responsibilities.
