Navy Yard Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee front-of-house operations at our iconic waterfront locations.

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold high service standards.
  • Lead and manage front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain food quality and presentation standards.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for smooth service operations.
  • Act as a liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, facilitating communication and coordination.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and front-of-house facilities.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.


  • 2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Tips Certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Availability for both part-time and full-time positions.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
