The Nautilus is now hiring for its 2023 season, located in historic downtown Nantucket. Line cooks can make up to 28/$ an hour (inclusive of a 3% kitchen admin fee) plus overtime. We can provide housing, all you need to bring is knives, a good attitude, a strong passion for cooking, and a readiness to work and have a fun summer on the island.

The Nautilus Nantucket (opened 2014) is a 50 seat, high volume, high energy dining room that is the hardest to get a table on island. The Gaslight Nantucket (opened 2019) serves equally delicious food and is Nantucket’s only downtown live music venue.
