The ideal candidate for SOUS CHEF will work side by side with Chef Isaac Reyes, uphold the cleanliness standards of the restaurant, have creative insight into and ONTO the menu, be able to manage unpredictable & unexpected challenging situations, have knowledge of kitchen/food ordering & bring their incredible personality into the mix. We are also willing to train the right person if you feel like taking the next big step in your culinary career.
We are a buzzing wine bar, with incredible regulars & food fanatics. Come be a part of it all!
Things to look forward to:
- Starting Hourly rates of $25+ depending on your experience
- Included in the tip pool – (adds anywhere between $200 – $350 per week to your paycheck)
