Relais and Châteaux property Camden Harbour Inn, located in Camden, ME is looking to add a Sous Chef and Line Cook to their team.
The culinary team at CHI is led by Executive Chef Joseph Nardo (No. 9 Park, The French Laundry, Lazy Bear) who is aiming for the stars. Natalie’s menu serves up a culinary journey that touches all your senses. The unmatched beauty of this colorful region is reflected in modern techniques and unexpected plating styles, resulting in a stunning presentation.
Their team is looking for a passionate, creative Sous Chef, who can be trusted to hold the high standards set in place by the Executive Chef, as well as, help manage day-to-day operations in his absence. Previous management experience is preferred, although not required.
They’re also looking for ambitious Line cooks. Ideal candidates should be open to feedback, and enthusiastic about learning.
