Mystique is seeking a Chef de Cuisine! They are seeking a highly skilled chef with a dynamic personality to lead their kitchen. Mystique Asian Restaurant & Lounge is nothing like the Northeast has experienced before. Designed by award-winning designer Peter Niemitz, the beautiful 16,400 sq. ft. space sits along the Mystic River esplanade of Encore Boston Harbor. Guests will be transported on a mystical journey thru Asia. Upon entering, guests will find a plush, luxury Salon and a 94-seat lounge adorned with Asian-inspired décor acquired from across the globe. A custom wrap-around stone bar is built for entertaining guests with craft cocktails early in the evening and at night with music from top DJs.

The unique space also features a glamorous open kitchen, three distinct private dining spaces and a luxury dining room accommodating more than 450 guests with a menu featuring carefully crafted robata, sushi selections, cocktails and an array of dishes that put a modern spin on traditional pan-Asian delicacies

Responsibilities of the Chef de Cuisine include, but are not limited to: directing all back of house operations, establishing standards for excellence in service and conduct, fostering cooperation and respect among team, maintaining safe and healthy work environment, modifying and creating dishes to meet quality standards, overseeing training of all employees and maintaining proper inventory and food cost levels.
