Myers + Chang is seeking an Executive Chef. This is an opportunity to work directly with owners Joanne Chang and Christopher Myers in running their four-star, award-winning kitchen. The right applicant will be highly organized, level-headed, creative and focused, an excellent communicator, a compassionate leader, and dedicated to customer service.
The Exec Chef is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen: labor and food costs, menu development, inventory, ordering, scheduling, hiring, training, managing a close-knit team, maintaining their high quality standards, leading the restaurant in food knowledge, and working the line. Candidates need at least 1-2 years experience as a CDC or 3 years as a Sous Chef.
