The Columbus Hospitality Group, owners of Mistral, Sorellina, Ostra Restaurant, Mooo Beacon Hill, Seaport and Burlington Restaurants, is currently seeking Restaurant Managers to join our award-winning restaurant concept Mooo…. as it expands. We are looking for self-motivated, upbeat, friendly individuals who are highly organized and detail oriented. Applicants must have experience in the restaurant industry and with prior beverage management experience is a bonus. Position reports to the General Manager of the outlet and requires night, weekend, and some holiday hours. CHG offers competitive wages, benefits and a professional work environment.
About The Position:
As the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, overseeing the main dining rooms operations in its entirety; training staff and on-going implementation of service standards, overseeing bar areas, PDR areas and where applicable, in-room dining areas while in service. A consistent dedication to customer service and daily passion is a must for this managerial position. Your responsibilities will also include assisting the General Manager, Dining Room Manager, and other Mooo…. restaurant managers with operations on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency working with Open Table
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Highly organized and eager to learn
- 2+ years of high-end Restaurant Management experience is a must
- Serve Safe, Allergen & T.I.P.S certifications are a plus, will sponsor
- Sommelier Certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
