Columbus Hospitality Group is currently seeking an energetic and forward thinking individual to join their culinary team as an Executive Sous/Sous Chef. Applicants should be skilled, professional individuals with at least 3 years of management experience in a high volume scratch kitchen. ServSafe certification and a serious commitment to sanitation are required. Responsibilities include directing and administering the planning, preparation, production and control of all culinary operations as well as managing staff in an effort to ensure a consistent product every day. Knowledge and experience with maintaining and controlling food costs is a must. The ideal candidate should have experience with Meat & Fish butchery and be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment while assisting the Executive Chef with seasonal menu development and daily specials.
