Mooncusser – Line Cook

Mooncusser, located in Back Bay, is currently seeking a line cook. Led by chef Carl Dooley, Mooncusser offers a four-course prix fixe menu showcasing local seafood and global flavors. Experience working the hot line in an upscale, scratch kitchen is preferred however not required. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen with ample opportunity for growth; exposure and experience with whole fish butchery, pickling, pasta making, bread baking and pastry.  Full and part-time applications will be considered. The restaurant is closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
