The fast casual concept from the team at Mooncusser Fish House is expanding into Hub Hall at North Station. Seeking a manager with extensive kitchen experience to run the food hall outpost. Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining systems for prep, execution, sanitation, ordering, etc.; staffing, scheduling, payroll; training and staff education.
