Mooncusser Fish House (named Best Upscale Seafood by Boston Magazine!) and Moon Bar are currently seeking line cooks, for hot line and cold station. The elegant New England seafood menu is inspired by French technique and local, seasonal products. The ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, team mentality, enthusiasm for learning and a passion for food. A culinary degree is considered a plus, but is not required; 1-2 years experience in a fine dining restaurant is required for hot line positions. This is a fabulous opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen with ample opportunity for growth; exposure and experience with whole fish butchery, seafood charcuterie, pickling, pasta making, bread baking and pastry. Hiring for night positions only, full and part-time applications will be considered. The restaurant is closed on Sunday. Pay will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
