Mooncusser Fish House is looking for a general manager to run the operations of their 2-year-old Back Bay restaurant. The restaurant has been serving beer and wine to date but has purchased a liquor license and will begin cocktail service this fall. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beverage management and will lead the program for the restaurant (60 seats) and the downstairs Moon Bar (48 seats). The manager will work alongside the owners: Chef Carolyn Johnson, Maitre D’ Vincent Vela and Ian Calhoun.
