Mooncusser Fish House – Chef de Cuisine

Mooncusser Fish House & Moon Bar are seeking a Chef de Cuisine. Responsibilities include managing dinner and lunch service in two kitchens, staffing, training, scheduling, ordering (including directly from local farms), fish butchering and working with the chef/owner on development of the seasonally driven local seafood menu. There is a raw seafood program in addition to smoked seafood & charcuterie. Candidates should have previous management experience in an upscale, scratch restaurant kitchen.
