Mooncusser Fish House is currently seeking an experienced assistant pastry chef to work with Pastry Chef Katherine Hamilburg on the bread, dessert and pastry program in the restaurant. This position requires working knowledge of pastry and baking techniques – both classic and modern. The ideal candidate will be a quick-learner, passionate, self motivated, a good multitasker, comfortable working alone and also being part of a tight-knit kitchen team. The position is full-time, shifts will vary as the responsibilities range from covering bread production to plating dinner desserts; with hourly pay determined by experience.
