Moona is looking for a sous chef to join the team at their at their 30-seat, fine-casual Middle Eastern restaurant & bar open for dinner, take out, and catering.
Requirement for this position is at least 2-3 years of line cook or sous chef experience.
More importantly they are looking for candidates that have excellent leadership qualities, are organized, excellent communicators, passionate and compassionate, humble, kind, and patient.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: labor, scheduling, food cost, menu development, ordering, hiring, and training.
This position is for someone with high standards for quality, detail, and organization. Your creativity will inspire and lead a great & cohesive kitchen team.
