Moona is looking for an experienced Line Cook. Moona’s cuisine draws on the authentic influences from the Middle East & North Africa and elevates them for today’s modern New England palate. The focus is on the Arabic pantry. Creating dry spice blends, wet mixes, preserves, jams, etc. If you enjoy high quality olive oils, unique fragrant spices, pickling and preserving seasonal produce, then this concept could be a fit for you. They also do whole animal butchery from time to time. Sausage making and bread are also things they like to make in-house.
This is a unique opportunity for a cook to learn about use of unique and different spices, butchery, pickling, and much more.
Their Chef Rory just won the New England Food Show and they just got Best Middle Eastern 2018. The Moona team works hard, has fun, and is passionate!
- Experience in Fine Dining or Bistro settings
- Prior experience as a Line Cook
