Moona is looking for a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef ready to make the leap into being a Chef at a 30 seat fine casual Middle Eastern restaurant & bar open for dinner, take out, and catering.
Requirement for this position is at least 2-3 years of sous chef experience.
More importantly, they are looking for candidates that have excellent leadership qualities, organized, excellent communicators, passionate and compassionate, humble, kind, and patient.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; labor, scheduling, food cost, menu development, ordering, hiring, and training.
This position is for someone with high standards for quality, detail, and organization. Your creativity will inspire and lead a great & cohesive kitchen team.
