The Bar program run by their bar manager San has an emphasis on usage of items from their Pantry in order to have continuity with their menu and concept. They use ingredients such as cardamom, preserved lemon, pomegranate, caraway, orange blossom, etc., to develop their drink list. The Wine list has a focus on the Mediterranean and wines that are compatible with the cuisine.
