Create the cocktail program for Moon Bar from the ground up; after two years of focusing on beer/wine the Back Bay restaurant has purchased a full liquor license and are adding cocktail service this fall. Moon Bar is the 48-seat ground floor space beneath the fine-dining restaurant Mooncusser Fish House.
The primary requirement for this position is possessing the creative knowledge/energy to build a fun and compelling cocktail program and oversee its execution. Most guests are seated around the 28-seat bar which creates a high energy environment. The menu consists or many raw bar items and casual seafood entrees.
The role can be tailored to fit the interest level and background of the applicant and can range from a primarily tipped working role to a 100% management position. The restaurant group also owns 80 Thoreau in Concord (2011) and is preparing for the expansion of their fast-casual brand, Cusser’s Roast Beef & Seafood.
