We are a high-volume Italian eatery with a notable reputation for some of the best Italian food in Boston. Molinaris has become known to be the neighborhood gem in Dorchester, and our team is well respected and known for being happy and friendly to everyone who walks through our door. As our restaurant volume rapidly increases we are seeking new team members to assist with our front of house operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for the hospitality industry while being able to succeed in a fast-pace environment. We are seeking individuals who are personable and also possess a strong work ethic. New team members must be able to work well with teammates, have the ability to multi-task, and maintain a positive attitude. Experience is not necessary, we can train the right applicant! We have a fast paced takeout business and are looking for either full time or part time availability.
