Our fast-growing restaurant group that operates in and around Boston, is in the process of hiring Restaurant Managers to build up our management teams as they expand toward additional business ventures. The ideal candidate will illustrate their passion for the food and beverage industry by executing day to day operations efficiently and showing a commitment to building and achieving the highest level of service while creating a positive environment for both guests and all staff members.
- Responsible for enforcing all standards of service & product
- Implementing and enforcing all company policies
- Continual growth for all FOH operations
- Ensuring that all Guest receive warm and welcoming service, exceeding all guests expectations.
- Responsible for staffing and team building
- Continue to expand our beer, wine, and cocktail program; ensuring proper staff education
- Fully understand and comply with all regulations pertaining to health, safety & labor of restaurant, staff, and guest.
- Perform all other duties as directed management
- Minimum of 3-5 years restaurant management experience
- Incredible work ethic
- Outstanding service skills
- Must have strong profit & loss operational knowledge
- Strong food and Beverage knowledge
- Willingness & ability to assist and support front and back of house staff
- Excellent leadership skills
- Extremely organized & detail oriented
