Moëca, a new seafood restaurant from the team behind Giulia, will open this summer. We’re looking for LINE COOKS to join our talented opening team.
Here is what you can expect:
- Spirited and generous cooking with bold flavors and rich textures that is firmly committed to supporting robust, diverse and vibrant food systems both locally and abroad. We explore and interpret globally inspired seafood cooking so that it is alive and present in our local community.
- Responsibly sourced small boat seafood, shellfish and caviar. Our kitchen is organized around a brick oven and grill supported by a traditional hot line with pasta cooker and deep fryer. The menu will feature a raw bar, small plates and large format options featuring the best of the daily market.
- A commitment to traditional cooking techniques, including whole fish butchery, fermentation & pickling, curing & smoking, sourdough leavened bread and a complete in-house pastry program.
Applicants should have at least one year of experience in upscale dining and possess a strong desire, determination and drive for excellence in our culinary craft.
