Moëca – Hosts

Moëca, a seafood restaurant from the team behind Giulia, is hiring! We’re looking for HOSTS to join our talented front-of-house team.

Hosts at Moëca are dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for all our guests while managing expectations in a busy restaurant. The right candidate will be proactive and a strong communicator, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities include handling reservation inquiries and requests by phone and email, managing wait list seating at our 12-seat bar, and assisting the general manager of the restaurant as needed. Experience in an upscale restaurant and OpenTable knowledge is preferred; however, we are willing to train someone who is committed and eager to learn.

Moëca’s current hours are hours are dinner service from Tuesday through Saturday. Hosting shifts typically begin at 2:00pm and end between 9PM and 10PM, though some flexibility in timing is possible.

Moëca offers competitive pay and benefits, including medical and dental coverage. Moëca is closed on Sundays and most major holidays.
