They are currently seeking energetic and eager to learn applicants for a pastry cook. They are looking for self motivated, hard working professionals with strong multi-tasking abilities. Applicants should have prior pastry training or experience and at least one year of experience in an active, professional kitchen. Good organization and clean work habits are a must. Responsibilities include assisting with production and plating of a la carte desserts and menu items , in addition to limited breads, breakfast pastries and cakes. They do a wide variety of pastry and confectionery production including occasion cakes, chocolate work, and ice cream production.
Full time morning shift position available.
Weekends including Sundays are required.
A positive attitude and work ethic is everything. This is a full time position.
