Applicants should be passionate about the hospitality industry, able to multitask, and have an outgoing, positive personality. Responsibilities include providing prompt, gracious and knowledgeable service at the bar, anticipating guest needs to enhance their experience, and maintaining exemplary health and safety practices. The right candidate is knowledgeable about the product, especially wine and spirits & food, and should be comfortable taking initiative in the creative process of cocktail development. They require a minimum of 2 years of bartender experience.
