Candidates should have at least three years serving experience and must have the ability to multitask, display knowledge of food and wine, and possess a confident outgoing personality. Responsibilities include providing exemplary service in a fine dining establishment, anticipating guest needs and maintaining health and safety practices. They require a minimum commitment of three days per week, weekend availability is a must.
