Milk Street Café has been a Boston institution for over 40 years, and we are expanding the team! We are looking for a catering cook for hot food production as a busy season is approaching. Here are the attributes that we are looking for:
Must have experience in cooking hot entrees and appetizers (mostly poultry and meat based), sauces, starches, and vegetables
Catering experience preferred but restaurant line experience also welcome
Must be familiar with Servsafe practices, safety, and sanitation
At least two years of professional cooking experience required
This is a Monday-Friday position with hours ranging from 6am to 2pm, but there will be times that those times will need to be flexible. Competitive salary based upon experience. We look forward to hearing from you.
