Midnight Morning is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their team.
Midnight Morning is a new American neighborhood restaurant and bar in Roslindale Village. Our menu celebrates simply prepared yet delicious food made with great ingredients. The restaurant is located directly across from the Roslindale Village commuter rail station and is accessible by several bus lines.
They are looking for someone that functions without ego and is a teacher at heart, cares for the industry and understands the need to balance professionalism with fun.
The perfect candidate will understand the needs of a young, growing business and want to contribute to its continued success over the course of an extended tenure and possess the following qualities:
- Strong service history
- Passion and understanding of inventory management
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant management functions and daily operations
- Ability to inspire staff and maintain excellent service standards
- Desire to grow professionally and personally
- Social media competency or desire to learn
The General Manager will work alongside the Restaurant Owner to run the daily operations of the restaurant, develop the culture and build the business.
Compensation: $65,000- $75,000 annually
